Jake McQueen is the founder, President & CEO of eHealthPartners. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience working with providers and payers. Mr. McQueen is responsible for establishing and executing eHealthPartners vision and strategy and for overall leadership and management of the company. Prior to founding eHealthPartners he served as Sr. Vice President of Consulting Services for The TriZetto Group where we led significant growth in revenue and profitability. He also previously held management and consulting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kaiser Permanente and KPMG. Mr. McQueen received Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Psychology from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Change Management from the Johns Hopkins University.

Paul Price  - Vice President of Operations

Paul Price has over 30 years of healthcare experience and serves as Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for corporate operations including financial management and administrative operations. Prior to joining eHealthPartners he served as Director of Operations for Professional Services for The TriZetto Group. He also previously held positions with Superior Consulting, NDC and HBOC and Company. Mr. Price also held executive finance positions with two large hospital organizations in Georgia. Mr. Price received a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University.

John Gelfand is Vice President, Consulting Services for eHealthPartners. With over 20 years of information technology experience, John offers hands-on expertise and is responsible for technical consulting, enterprise architecture, application and web development and information security consulting. Prior to joining eHealthPartners John served as a senior Professional Services consultant for 10 years at The TriZetto Group. John is widely recognized as a leader working with the Facets™ product. He has served as both the technical and project lead for more than a dozen Facets™ implementations and upgrades. Mr. Gelfand received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University and a Master of Science degree in Information Security from American InterContinental University.

Long Nguyen  - Vice President, Enterprise Services

Long Nguyen is Vice President of Enterprise Services at eHealthPartners. He has over 13 years of information technology experience and over 11 years of experience consulting with the TriZetto Group products. Long is responsible for the Business Intelligence and Reporting and Enterprise testing practices within eHealthPartners. Prior to joining eHealthPartners he served in consulting roles at First Consulting Group and The TriZetto Group. Mr. Nguyen received Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Frank Ramos  - Vice President, Strategic Services

Frank Ramos is Vice President of Strategic Services for eHealthPartners. Frank has over 28 years of total information technology experience and 17 years of health insurance experience. He is responsible for IT strategy consulting, HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 consulting services. Frank has served in senior management roles including CEO, CIO and Vice President at United American Healthcare, Coordinated Care Solutions, CIGNA, Kaiser Permanente and First Service Administrators. A few of his areas of expertise include IT strategy, large-scale program and project management, enterprise architecture, platform consolidations, EDI, Call Center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Mr. Ramos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from City University of New York and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Diane Whitaker  - Director, Staffing & Recruiting

Diane is responsible for assisting customers and eHealthPartners with sourcing and recruiting experienced health insurance information technology professionals for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida Southern College.
