• 3 – 5 years or more of health insurance industry IT experience
• 1 or more years of NetworX™ experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas – project management, software, configuration, DRG/APC pricing, QA/testing, training, reporting

• 5 – 10 years or more of health insurance industry IT experience
• Experience at the CIO, Vice President or Director levels
• Prior top tier consulting firm experience
• Proven experience with IT assessment, strategy development, system selection and outsourcing approaches and methodologies

• 5 – 10 years or more of health insurance industry IT experience
• 2 – 10 years or more of program (PMO) or project management experience
• Strong knowledge of and project experience with IT assessment, strategy development, RFP development and management, system selection and IT outsourcing approaches and methodologies
• Proven experience with large-scale program or project budget management or P&L experience required
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• PMP certification a plus

• 3 – 10 years or more of health insurance industry experience
• 2 – 10 years or more of technical consulting experience with industry-leading payer applications, technologies and third party solutions
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, system integration and development products and tools

• 3 or more years of health insurance industry experience
• 2 – 10 or more years of application and / or web development experience
• Object-oriented development and UML expertise
• Experience with onshore / offshore and CMM Level 5 development preferred
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of development tools such as VB, VB.NET, VB Script, ASP, ASP.NET, COM, C++, C#, .NET, PERL, XML, J2EE / JAVA / EJB, JAVA Script, HTML / DHTML, UML, Shell Scripts, Adobe, Macromedia
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading relational databases such as Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server and / or Oracle

• 5 – 10 or more years of health insurance industry IT experience
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations, transactions (such as 270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 997) and code sets
• Awareness of HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 regulations and requirements
• Project experience in one or more of the following areas: cross walk development, data mapping, HIPAA Gateway. EDI translators, Claims Clearinghouses

• 5 – 10 or more years of health insurance industry IT experience
• Strong knowledge of leading industry Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Reporting solutions and tools
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: BI and database technical architecture and infrastructure, data modeling, databases and tables, ETL processes, database upgrades and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Informatica, Crystal Reports, Cognos, etc.
• Knowledge and expertise with leading databases including Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server and / or Oracle
