John Gelfand Joins eHealthPartners as Vice President of Consulting Services
Atlanta, GA. – July 28, 2008 eHealthPartners®, Inc., a fast-growing health insurance information technology services company, announced today that John Gelfand has joined the company as Vice President of Consulting Services.
Prior to joining eHealthPartners Mr. Gelfand served as a Professional Services Consultant for The TriZetto Group for over 8 years. Mr. Gelfand is based in Denver, Colorado and will provide leadership for development and delivery of eHealthPartners TriZetto product consulting services. Mr. Gelfand will also serve as a member of eHealthPartner’s executive team.

Mr. Gelfand is experienced with a broad range of health insurance information technologies, applications and HIPAA compliancy procedures. Mr. Gelfand has served on a variety of architecture and software development projects including Facets systems engineering, application design and build and custom interface development. His experience includes Facets implementations, conversions and upgrades at numerous health insurance companies such as Regence BCBS, Capital Blue Cross, Blue Cross of Michigan and United Healthcare.

Prior to joining eHealthPartners, Mr. Gelfand held positions with The TriZetto Group, Taratec Development Corporation and CoolSavings, Inc. Mr. Gelfand received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from DePaul University and a Master of Science degree in Information Security from American Inter-Continental University. Mr. Gelfand is a member of the Computer Security Institute (CSI).
